Having a gluten allergy means that I cannot get fiber from the regular sources like cereal and bread which before used to mean that I would be constipated most of the time because there are very few fiber rich foods that have no gluten in them. I'm also on several medications that I have to take at certain times of the day which sometimes cause me to get constipated as well. Because of these various ailments I needed to find a fiber supplement that wouldn't affect my medication as well as allow me to get more regular. I'm kind of beating a dead horse considering all the customers who talk about how this helped with their regularity so I'm just going to say that it works and it works really good and that if you have any type of regularity problems, then you should try it. Nuff said.

It's ridiculous to label Federer as gaemy for saying what Murray, Nadal and Djokovic also said about Djokovic’s “lucky shot” against Federer –- the shot that really enabled Djokovic to win the US Open... otherwise he would have (and should have) lost to his nemesis Federer. None of the top players, including Djokovic, could rationally or consistently explain how Djokovic could play that shot. My guess is that Djokovic had nothing to lose, so he poured his frustration into one last shot, hoping he could go out in a blaze of glory. It was luck, just like Murray, Djokovic and Nadal said. Yet Jonathan Scott expects Federer to lie in order to compliment Djokovic.

Read below what Federer, Murray, Nadal and Djokovic said about that lucky shot.

In the big picture, this US Open showed us why Federer is the Greatest Of All Time. 30-year old Federer was still in a position – and should have beaten – 24.5 year-old Djokovic in his absolute prime (while he is creating possibly the winningest season in modern tennis history and owning Nadal). Federer showed up to play deep into the fifth set, debunking the dumb claims that that Federer could no longer survive a best-of-five-set match against today’s power players. Federer had Djokovic was on the ropes and Novak desperately needed those two matchpoints to fall his way. There was no margin for error. Federer lost a match he should have won. A 24 to 25 year old, superconfident Federer would likely have beaten Djokovic and Nadal in straight sets at the US Open, back to back.

------

Federer’s interview
Q. Could you hit a much better serve for the return he hit that winner?
ROGER FEDERER: Yeah, much better. I didn't hit the best serve. But it's just the way he returns that. It's just not -- a guy who believes much, you know, anymore in winning. Then to lose against someone like that, it's very disappointing, because you feel like he was mentally out of it already. Just gets the lucky shot at the end, and off you go.
Q. What did he do better this time than when you played in the French Open?
ROGER FEDERER: Are you serious? I mean, I thought it was a close match. I should have won here. French Open was very close, too. He could have won that. It's just one of those matches, you know. I mean, I set it all up perfect, but I couldn't finish it.
Q. When a guy hits a shot like that forehand on match point, is that a function of luck, of risk, or is it a function of confidence that someone would make kind of...
ROGER FEDERER: Confidence? Are you kidding me? I mean, please. Look, some players grow up and play like that. I remember losing junior matches. Just being down 5 2 in the third, and they all just start slapping shots. It all goes in for some reason, because that's the kind of way they grew up playing when they were down. I never played that way. I believe in hard work's gonna pay off kinda thing, because early on maybe I didn't always work at my hardest. So for me, this is very hard to understand how can you play a shot like that on match point. But, look, maybe he's been doing it for 20 years, so for him it was very normal. You've got to ask him.

Murray’s interview
Q. The Djokovic/Federer match, I presume you saw Djokovic's forehand on match point down deep in the fifth.
ANDY MURRAY: Yeah.
Q. Have you ever seen at crunch time in your experience on a big stage a shot quite like that where he unleashed and handed out that incredible winner?
ANDY MURRAY: I have seen Roger and Rafa hit some unbelievable shots over the last four or five years. I mean, I don't know what Novak said about his shot, but it's one of those where he just went for it. You know, out of ten you'll probably make two or three. Yeah, I was watching the end of the match. He looked like he started shaking his head. It was more out of frustration than anything. He caught it clean and hit an unbelievable shot and managed to turn the match around. I have seen those guys that are at the top of the game hit some unbelievable shots the last few years.

Nadal’s interview
Q. Did you watch his match against Roger, or were you already focused?
RAFAEL NADAL: No, I was watching the football and I was watching the match in the same time, yeah.
Q. What do you think of his game?
RAFAEL NADAL: I think he play fantastic later. The beginning Roger I think was playing very well. His serve was working really well and he was playing aggressive with his forehand. Was a little bit of mistake for Roger in beginning of the third, in my opinion. But after, he was very unlucky in the fifth, no? Matches like this, you lose one every lot of, lot of matches, and he lost one two in a row in this tournament, last year and this year. Probably was worse this year, because last year he had the match points but on the return. This year he had the match points with the serve. The return from Novak with the 40-15 was -- I don't have words to describe, because, you know, you hit a shot probably without thinking because you see the match total lost with 40-15 and serving for Roger. Is not a normal serve. Is one of the best serves of the world. He returned the ball with eyes closed. The ball went to the line. After, one mistake from Roger and the match changed completely. Hats off to Roger. I think he deserves to be in the final because it's hard lose two years in a row with a similar situation. But Novak this year is playing fantastic level mentally obviously, and he won few matches that in normal conditions he's supposed to lose. That's, yeah, big confidence.
